These terms govern use of Docuniv, a medical education and doctor knowledge platform. By accessing the website, users agree to use it responsibly and only for lawful professional, educational, and informational purposes.

1. Educational Purpose

Docuniv provides articles, case studies, conference highlights, algorithms, blogs, learning modules, quizzes, certificates, and tutor-assisted learning for healthcare professionals. Content is intended for education and clinical knowledge support, not as a substitute for independent medical judgment.

2. User Responsibility

4. Content Review and Publishing

Admin and editorial users are responsible for reviewing generated drafts before publication. Published content should be checked for accuracy, source relevance, medical appropriateness, and compliance with copyright or licensing requirements.

5. Intellectual Property

Docuniv design, workflow, platform content, modules, and generated editorial outputs are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. External source materials, guidelines, journal metadata, and third-party references remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Prohibited Use

Docuniv may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that misuse the platform, violate these terms, or create risk to users, content integrity, or system security.

8. Limitation of Liability

Docuniv is provided for professional education and information support. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Docuniv is not liable for clinical, operational, financial, or other consequences arising from misuse, unreviewed content, or decisions made without independent verification.
